INITIAL CONSULTATION
A successful project begins long before the design starts. This initial consultation is more than a meet-and-greet—it’s the foundation of your project. It’s where we listen, uncover your “why,” and align your goals, timeline, and budget before any decisions are made. You’ll leave with clarity and confidence, knowing you're not doing this alone. Included in this consultation is a discovery call, tailored client homework, and a one-hour site visit ($125). From there, you’ll receive a custom proposal with next steps. Whether you're continuing solo or partnering with Hannam Design, the initial consultation is a low-risk, high-impact investment that helps you avoid common missteps and move forward with purpose.
DESIGN & PLANNING
Following your consultation, you’ll receive a formal proposal outlining the scope of work, fees, and deliverables that align to your project and goals. This proposal serves as both a project roadmap and a guide for what’s ahead. From conceptual design to design development, this phase is where ideas take shape—and where your project begins to feel real. Proposals include one session of work at a time to ensure the work meets the needs. Most projects require more than one session of design work. A fee schedule is provided at the bottom of this page
BUDGETING &
LOGISTICS
Once a design plan is established, we bring in the trades. A “trade day” is scheduled—a guided walkthrough with trusted professionals to gather accurate bids, logistics, and project feasibility. Hannam Design selects and coordinates every trade, removing the stress of finding and managing contractors yourself. With detailed documentation and expert leadership, this step ensures reliable budgets and a smoother build ahead.
IMPLEMENT
It’s time to bring the vision to life! Here you will complete the sign-off process, finalize design and material selections. From that, Hannam Design handles all ordering, scheduling, and communication with the trades—so you can relax and enjoy the process. Through dedicated design management, we stay closely involved from start to finish, ensuring every detail is implemented with accuracy, care, and alignment to the original vision.

Initial Conceptual Design: 1500-3500 Kitchen Cabinetry Design: 1500-3500 Bathroom Cabinetry Design: 800-1500 Space Planning: 1500-3000 Materials Specifications: 1000-2000 Paint Consultation: 125 Furniture layout and specification: 1500-2500 Budgeting and Trade Day: 1000-2500 Design Management: 1500-3000 Hannam Design follows a 50/50 payment schedule. 50% down at approval, 50% due at delivery.
